Where do you deliver toWe deliver to Melbourne and suburbs. Please refer to our delivery page for current details.
Do you offer same day shippingAll our flowers are pre-ordered daily from the Melbourne Markets to ensure the freshest flowers are used in our arrangements. Due to the limited availability of premium flowers, we cannot offer same day delivery. Typically, most arrangements can be ordered for next day delivery. We kindly request that all orders are placed as early as possible so we can source your flowers from our growers. Some flowers can be difficult to source in Winter months, so ordering early is always advisable.
What if i do not know the church service time or dateThat's no problem. We can contact the funeral homes on your behalf and request these details. It's all part the service.
What days do you deliverWe delivery 6 days a week Mon - Sat. We can offer Sunday delivery by email request - given 24 hours notice. Please contact us with details.
Do you deliver flowers on SundayFor Sunday delivery, please send through a special request outlining the product required and delivery details. We will reply to your request with a custom quote. Please note, requests made on Saturday for flowers the next day will be more difficult as the Melbourne Markets are closed. Ordering Friday for Sunday, will be fine.
Funeral Flower CustomsFor some, sending funeral flowers can be a new experience and one that you may not be sure of. With different customs and traditions, some commemorate the passing of family differently and it's important to respect local customs for the family. What if nobody is home to accept delivery (Apartments Or Security gates)It is important to provide the mobile phone number of the recipient, so we can contact them regarding delivery if nobody is home. In the event delivery can not be made, we will need to contact the recipient and organise a re-delivery. This is normally organised the next day.
Are there places you cannot deliver flowers toWe can deliver to residential homes, businesses, churches, halls, wakes and funeral homes. We cannot deliver to Post Office boxes, prisons and some hospital departments such as the ICU (Intensive Care Units). Deliveries to general hospital wards are fine.
Apartment DeliveriesWe will need to contact the recipient prior to dispatching orders to apartments or secured unit blocks. We will not leave flowers unattended in a lobby or mail room. We will always arrange a suitable delivery time with the recipient if flowers cannot be left safely. We never disclose the nature of the delivery.
What payment methods do you acceptWe accept VISA and Mastercard. We also accept payment through PayPal.
Are my credit card details safeYes. All orders placed through our website are encrypted and processed through a third party Merchant Gateway. We do not see or store your credit card details. Furthermore, our e-commerce software is PCI compliant.
What is the typical vase life of your flowers (min 7 days)
There are many factors which influence the product life of flowers, including room temperature and maintenance. Your flowers should last a minimum of seven days. Under optimal conditions, flowers can last for two weeks or more.
